OT for the skills that matter day to day.
We support a wide range of everyday-living goals. Each page below is written and reviewed by a registered Australian clinician.
ADHD in children and adolescents
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental conditions in Australian children, affecting roughly 1 in 20.
Autism (Level 1 and Level 2) in children
Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental difference. Level 1 and Level 2 children typically benefit from speech, OT, and psychology support — and most are NDIS-eligible.
Cerebral palsy — therapy support for children
Cerebral palsy affects movement and posture. Goal-directed OT and speech therapy build independence and communication, online and coordinated with your team.
Developmental coordination disorder (dyspraxia) in children
DCD (often called dyspraxia) affects a child's motor coordination — handwriting, dressing, sport. Occupational therapy builds the skills that matter.
Down syndrome — therapy support for children
Children with Down syndrome thrive with early, consistent therapy. Speech and OT build communication and daily-living skills, online and parent-coached.
Feeding difficulties and fussy eating in children
When mealtimes are a daily battle and a child's diet is very limited, occupational therapy can help — once any medical or swallowing concerns are ruled out.
Global developmental delay in young children
When a young child is behind in two or more areas of development, early intervention across speech, OT, and psychology can change their trajectory.
Handwriting difficulties (dysgraphia) in children
When handwriting is messy, slow, or painful beyond the early school years, occupational therapy can help — with the right practice and the right tools.
Sensory processing difficulties in children
When everyday sights, sounds, textures or movement feel overwhelming or under-stimulating, occupational therapy can help a child take part in daily life.
Every condition page is reviewed by a registered Australian clinician and cites peer-reviewed sources.
Therapy that fits real life — not the other way around.
Sessions happen in the room where life actually happens, with the people you trust most — and the skills carry straight into everyday moments.
No travel, no waiting rooms, and scheduling that bends around your week instead of the other way around.

Getting started takes about five minutes.

Funding shouldn't be the hard part.
Most families pay nothing out of pocket. Here's how the NDIS side works.
- Plan-managed — we invoice your plan manager directly
- Self-managed — simple itemised invoices you can claim
- Most families pay $0 out of pocket
“Every page a family reads is reviewed against current clinical evidence before it goes live. We'd rather say less and be right.”
Hannah Chamberlain · Clinical lead & reviewer

Do I need a referral?
No — you don't need a referral to start occupational therapy under most NDIS plans. Send an enquiry and we'll match you with an OT.
How does NDIS funding work?
For plan-managed and agency-managed plans we invoice your plan manager or the NDIA directly; self-managed participants claim from us. Most families pay nothing out of pocket.
What happens in the first session?
Your occupational therapist talks through your daily-life goals — at home, school or work — and you'll leave with a clear plan and a next step.
Who do you work with?
Kids building everyday skills, adults, and older participants working on daily living, independence and staying safe at home.
Are sessions really online?
Yes — and home-based OT is a real advantage, because your therapist sees the actual environments where the skills are used.
