How referrals work

Send your patient (or their parent) the enquiry link, or email hello@heysprout.com.au with a brief note. We'll contact them within 1 business day and be upfront about timing.

If you want a clinical letter back after the assessment session, tick the box on the enquiry form. With patient consent, we send a 1–2 page summary directly to your practice within five business days of the assessment.

Paediatric

• Speech delay, language delay, articulation, fluency/stutter
• Autism spectrum (Level 1 and 2) — assessment and ongoing support
• ADHD — strategy, parent support, school liaison
• Sensory regulation, fine motor, school readiness
• Anxiety, OCD, school refusal, neurodivergent-affirming therapy

Adult

• Stroke recovery, aphasia, dysphagia
• ADHD assessment and support
• Anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness adjustment
• OT for daily-living support, falls prevention, return-to-work

NDIS fit

We work primarily with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. If your patient is exploring access — or is on the early-childhood pathway — we can do an initial functional assessment that supports their plan application.

Clinical governance

We're onboarding our first clinicians now. Our hiring standard: psychologists and occupational therapists are AHPRA-registered; speech pathologists are Speech Pathology Australia certified. We can provide registration or certification evidence for any clinician on request.
