How referrals work
Send your patient (or their parent) the enquiry link, or email hello@heysprout.com.au with a brief note. We'll contact them within 1 business day to schedule a first session — typically within the same week.
If you want a clinical letter back after the assessment session, tick the box on the enquiry form. With patient consent, we send a 1–2 page summary directly to your practice within five business days of the assessment.

NDIS fit
We work primarily with plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. If your patient is exploring access — or is on the early-childhood pathway — we can do an initial functional assessment that supports their plan application.
Clinical governance
Every therapist is AHPRA-registered. Our clinical lead (Hannah Chamberlain, AHPRA SPL —) reviews every new clinician before they accept clients and audits clinical notes monthly. We can provide registration evidence on request.
