Common questions.
The things families ask before their first session. Can't see yours? Send an enquiry and we'll answer personally.
Booking
How do I book?
Send a short enquiry from the booking page with what you need and roughly when suits. We reply with the next available times that match.
How quickly can we start?
Often within the week, depending on clinician availability for your discipline and timezone.
Can I choose my clinician?
We match you with a clinician experienced in your goals and schedule. If you'd prefer a particular person or a specific gender or language, just tell us.
Cost & NDIS
What does it cost?
Sessions are charged at NDIS price-guide rates. Most families pay nothing out of pocket because the cost comes from your plan.
Which NDIS plan types do you accept?
Plan-managed, self-managed, and agency-managed (NDIA-managed). For plan-managed and agency-managed plans we invoice directly; self-managed participants claim from us.
Do I need a referral?
No — you don't need a referral or a mental health care plan to start with us under most NDIS plans.
Sessions
What happens in the first session?
Your clinician gets to know you and your goals, and you'll finish with a clear plan and a next step. There's no paperwork for you to chase.
Are sessions really online?
Yes — sessions run over a private video call you join from home. Many families prefer online for the flexibility and the chance to practise skills in their own environment.
Who do you work with?
Children, teens, adults, and older NDIS participants — across speech therapy, occupational therapy, and psychology.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens — let your clinician know and we'll find another time. We'll also send reminders so appointments don't slip.
Still have a question?
Send a quick enquiry and our team will get back to you personally — usually within one business day.
