Support for minds of every age.
We support a wide range of needs. Each page below is written and reviewed by a registered Australian clinician.
ADHD in children and adolescents
Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common neurodevelopmental conditions in Australian children, affecting roughly 1 in 20.
Anxiety in children and adolescents
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health concerns in Australian children — and one of the most treatable. Online, NDIS-funded psychology support.
Autism (Level 1 and Level 2) in children
Autism is a lifelong neurodevelopmental difference. Level 1 and Level 2 children typically benefit from speech, OT, and psychology support — and most are NDIS-eligible.
Depression in children and teenagers
Depression in young people is more than sadness — and it's treatable. Psychology, especially CBT and IPT, helps. If your child is at risk, get help now.
Emotional regulation difficulties in children
Big feelings, meltdowns, and trouble calming down can be signs a child is still building emotional regulation. Psychology helps — and so do parents.
Global developmental delay in young children
When a young child is behind in two or more areas of development, early intervention across speech, OT, and psychology can change their trajectory.
OCD in children and teens
Childhood OCD is more than being tidy — it's distressing obsessions and compulsions. The good news is it responds very well to a specific kind of therapy.
Selective mutism in children
Selective mutism is an anxiety condition where a child can't speak in certain settings, like school. It's treatable — and the earlier, the better.
Every condition page is reviewed by a registered Australian clinician and cites peer-reviewed sources.
Therapy that fits real life — not the other way around.
Sessions happen in the room where life actually happens, with the people you trust most — and the skills carry straight into everyday moments.
No travel, no waiting rooms, and scheduling that bends around your week instead of the other way around.

Getting started takes about five minutes.

Funding shouldn't be the hard part.
Most families pay nothing out of pocket. Here's how the NDIS side works.
- Plan-managed — we invoice your plan manager directly
- Self-managed — simple itemised invoices you can claim
- Most families pay $0 out of pocket
“Every page a family reads is reviewed against current clinical evidence before it goes live. We'd rather say less and be right.”
Hannah Chamberlain · Clinical lead & reviewer

Do I need a referral?
You don't need a referral or a mental health care plan to start with us under the NDIS — just send an enquiry and we'll match you with a psychologist.
How does NDIS funding work?
For plan-managed and agency-managed plans we invoice your plan manager or the NDIA directly; self-managed participants claim from us. Most families pay nothing out of pocket.
What happens in the first session?
A relaxed first session to understand what's going on and what you'd like to work towards — at your own pace, with no pressure.
Who do you work with?
Children, teens, and adults on the NDIS. We match you with a psychologist experienced with your age group and goals.
Are sessions really online?
Yes — sessions run over a private video call, and many people find it easier to open up from their own space.
