Funding, simplified.
Plan-managed, self-managed and NDIA-managed plans all work with us — and for most families there's nothing to pay out of pocket. Here's exactly how it works.
Whatever your plan, we've got the admin.
We accept all common NDIS funding paths and handle the invoicing for you.
- Plan-managed — we invoice your plan manager directly, you pay $0
- Self-managed — we send you a simple invoice you claim back from your plan
- NDIA-managed — talk to us and we'll help you check your funding
No paperwork chasing, no surprises.

We invoice your plan
For plan-managed and agency-managed plans we invoice your plan manager or the NDIA directly. Self-managed participants get a clear invoice to claim.
You pay $0 out of pocket
For most families the session is fully covered by their plan, so there's no gap and no paperwork to chase.

Common NDIS funding questions
Do I need a referral?
No — you don't need a referral to start speech therapy or occupational therapy under most NDIS plans. Just tell us what you need.
Which plan types do you work with?
Plan-managed and self-managed plans are the simplest. We can also support agency-managed (NDIA-managed) participants for many services — get in touch and we'll help you check.
Will I pay anything out of pocket?
For most families the session is fully covered by their NDIS plan, so there's no gap. We'll always be upfront if something isn't covered.
Which budget does therapy come from?
Online therapy is typically funded under Capacity Building — Improved Daily Living. If you're not sure what's in your plan, we can help you read it.
What about Medicare or private health?
Psychology can sometimes be accessed through a Better Access Medicare plan as well. Ask us and we'll point you to the right path for your situation.
Ready when you are.
Tell us what you need — we'll match you with the right clinician, sort the NDIS paperwork, and send a Zoom link.
