Do I need a referral?
No — you don't need a referral to start speech therapy or occupational therapy under most NDIS plans. Just tell us what you need.
Which plan types do you work with?
Plan-managed and self-managed. NDIA-managed plans can only use NDIS-registered providers, and our registration is still in progress. Agency-managed? Ask the NDIA or your LAC about plan management.
Will I pay anything out of pocket?
Sessions are charged at NDIS price-guide rates, which NDIS plans usually cover when therapy is in your plan. We'll always be upfront if something isn't covered.
