What we can take on this week
We hold a fresh slot every business day specifically for new support-coordinator referrals. If you submit a participant today, they will have a first session offered within five working days — no exceptions, no waitlist.
Disciplines: speech pathology, occupational therapy, child & adult psychology. Cross-discipline referrals (e.g. autism support needing speech + OT) go through one intake — your participant doesn't repeat their story.
What we need from you
A short referral note covering:
- Participant's first name + best contact (email or mobile)
- Disciplines requested
- NDIS plan type (plan-managed / self-managed / NDIA-managed)
- Plan manager email if known
- Anything we should know before first contact (sensory, communication, trauma history)
Submit it through the enquiry form, or email hello@heysprout.com.au if that's easier.
What happens next
- We confirm receipt within 1 business day.
- We contact the participant directly to confirm their first session.
- You receive a confirmation email when the booking is locked in.
- After session 1, you receive a brief outcome note (with the participant's consent).
Invoicing
Plan-managed: invoices go straight to the listed plan manager within 24 hours of session. Self-managed: invoices to the participant, NDIS-compliant line items, no portal required.
